1823 Callowhill

1823 Callowhill is located in the Art Museum area of Philadelphia. Beginning construction in 2016, this project features modular construction of 8 one bedroom units and 24 two bedroom units on 5 floors. There will be off street parking for 10 cars. The first floor has a dedicated restaurant space to add to an already existing and thriving restaurant row. Behind the building runs a viaduct that will be a part of Fairmount Park.

The Art Museum area gets its name from the landmark building that sits on the bank of the river. The area also includes the Rodin Museum and Barnes Foundation, making this neighborhood Philadelphia’s main showcase for famous artwork, exhibits, and plays host to numerous parades, concerts, marathons, and cycling events.
