Edison 64

Phase ll of the Edison Square project developed as a shopping center at 7th & Lehigh streets. This phase is slated to be a 66 unit apartment building used to house homeless veterans including services on the first floor provided by the Veterans’ Multi Service Center who partnered with us. 60,000 sq. ft. will be completely renovated from top to bottom. It is financed by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency Low Income Housing Tax Income Housing Credit and we also received a $500,000 grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank. Slated completion is fourth quarter 2017.
