Orens
Brothers Real Estate, Development and Construction is a privately-owned family business, serving the Philadelphia region since 1979. Principal partners Scott Orens, Guy Orens and Jonathan Orens each run distinct
components of this multi-faceted business.
Since
the beginning, Construction
and renovation have been major components of the Orens Brothers'
business. Scott Orens heads the construction
division. They are currently invested in several major projects
throughout Philadelphia, including a 160-unit Condo conversion
at
2200 Arch Street and an equally large conversion at 444
N. 4th Street.
Jon
Orens oversees the Sales division, specializing in the
purchase, renovation and resale of large condominium conversions
and single family homes in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Guy
Orens is in charge of the Property
Management services and Rental Collections division. Orens
Brothers is very proud of its leasing and maintenance organization,
comprised of highly skilled and professional personnel.
